We understand life gets busy and things change and therefore appointments need to be cancelled or rescheduled.
At Perfectly Smooth, we offer flexibility with appointments and require 24 hours notice if you are unable to attend or wish to reschedule.
It is common courtesy to both the clinic and those booked on the same day as you to please arrive on time to your appointment (a little earlier if you have not already filled in your consent form online). If you are running late on the day of your appointment, please call us as soon as possible to let us know. We will do our best to alter the day’s calendar accordingly to accommodate yourself and those booked after you, however, if we are unable to see you or alter the calendar to accommodate your late running, we will reschedule you for another time that is convenient to you.
If you fail to give notice on one or more occasions or you are a no show on more than two occasions, we will ask you to pay upfront the total amount of treatment cost at the time of your next booking. This will be held as a deposit.
Any deposit taken at the time of booking is redeemable at time of treatment or will be forfeited if unable to attend due to a no show or when no notice to cancel or change is given less than 24 hours of your appointment.
In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation/deposit fee may be transferred and applied to future services.
Deposits for cosmetic injectables can only be redeemed on cosmetic injectable treatments and cannot be transferred to products, skin treatments or to another client.
A booking is confirmed when a deposit is received and you reply YES to our confirmation notification. We may refuse or reschedule at our discretion (e.g. practitioner availability, clinical reasons).
Our online booking system is live and will display the current times and treating staff available. This is a great place to manage your appointments for rescheduling purposes and particularly if you are booked in but hoping for an earlier date. Last minute cancellations/reschedules happen and by keeping an eye on the live calendar you might be lucky and snag yourself that earlier spot!
