As our products contain active ingredients, there are some that are not recommended
for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. In each product description you will see this
highlighted. If you are unsure or would like more information on skincare during
pregnancy or breastfeeding, please book a consultation with our Nurse Practitioner.
Once you’ve locked in your routine and find yourself in need of a product restock along
the way, we invite you to give us a call, send us an email or submit an enquiry form via
our contact us page with your order.

As our stock cupboard is small, you are welcome to put items on hold for collection,
however, we do ask for upfront payment and prompt collection please. Any items left
uncollected after 3 weeks will be refunded and returned to stock for sale.
Any items put on hold for payment on collection, left unpaid and uncollected after 1 week
will be returned to stock for sale.
Postage via Australia Post can be arranged for an additional charge:

Express Post service covers 80% of Australian business addresses, private addresses and Post Office boxes.
Express Post service operates between all capital cities (except Darwin and in Perth CBD only) and some major centres. Outside metropolitan areas guaranteed service is to and from townships only. If your item is for an address outside the Express Post network, Australia Post will use the fastest possible transport links, but it will not be covered by the Next Day Guarantee.
Orders are dispatched promptly provided we have all the items from your order in stock. Orders received on weekends and public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day. If we experience any delays in processing your order, we will let you know. It is your responsibility to ensure you provide the correct address details when you place your order. Parcels that are returned to us due to an incorrect address on the
order, will incur a delivery charge to be resent.
